We arrived in Nashville just before midnight on Friday night and found our hotel. The next morning, and not so bright and early, we got ready and drove to the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center and stopped across the street and ate at Bob Evans.

Once at the show we went to the Media Room and got our Media Badges . Then we met Fred Lutger and his girlfriend Kathlene. Fred wanted to go to a seminar by Dave Constantine about his craft, Decorative Call Making.
We met up with Dave and he showed us his latest winner of the Decorative Call Making contest for this year. This is it.
Dave Constantine’s seminar was extremely informative. He told in detail the ins and outs of designing a turkey call and creating it. Dave was awesome.
Afterward we went to one of my favorite things at the NWTF, the Wild Turkey Taxidermy exhibition. Here are pics of three of them.
As we walked along we met Trent Cole, the Philadelphia Eagles defensive end. As I’m sure you already know, Trent has a hunting TV show on the Pursuit Channel called Blitz TV. I enjoyed talking to Trent. He is a serious hunter who loves to pass hunting on to others. He told me he has followed Bowhunting.Net since he was a kid. Here are Collin and Trent.
There was plenty more going on. To be continued.
